Having fears and anxiety is a natural reaction when you are about to make a big change in your life. However, these should not stop you from really seeing it through. For others, having these show up is enough reason to chicken out but with Jade, also known as @shadesofjayy, she decided to put her mind into her VSG surgery and accomplished it. In this episode, she joins Sammi and Bre to share with us her journey, the motives behind doing the surgery, and the ways it has changed her life since. Jade also takes us to the struggles she encountered during the entire process, particularly on stalling and feeling defeated with the scales, and how she got through it with her state of mind.
