Kimberly Kesterke is the founder of The W2 Landlord- and has over 15 years of experience managing her rental portfolio from a distance.  At the age of 26, Kimberly found herself as an “accidental landlord”. She was $30,000 underwater on her home due to the economic crash and was relocated 3 hours away for her job. Over the past 15 years, Kimberly built a six figure cash flowing portfolio- all from managing properties from a distance. Building effective processes through trial and error, Kimberly has proven strategies for placing tenants, managing contractors and fulfilling maintenance requests.   So far, she has never had an eviction and has had minimal vacancies. Not only that, she did it while juggling a w2 job, a family, and self managing her rental properties from a distance. Kimberly is a mom to an active 8 year old, and proud dog owner.
