The Waggle Pod: Ep. #28- w/ Jordan Jackson of Dog Tracks and Cow Pastures (Part I)

Please welcome Jordan Jackson of Dog Tracks and Cow Pastures to the first podcast of 2026. Jordan is a serious, well-researched voice in the golf architecture world, and I will be paying close attention to his work going forward. These conversations are the best, and I always walk away thinking about aspects of golf course design and the game in a different way. In Part I, Jordan and I discuss his background in the game, Canadian golf, Stanley Thompson, and the world’s largest log cabin. among several other topics. Jordan recently launched an interesting biweekly newsletter called “Boundary Lines,” which you can sign up for by following his Instagram. This was a delightful conversation, and I am sure that we will try to have Jordan on again in 2026 for another chat, and hopefully, we will get a round in together soon. Thank you! Part II will drop next week.Dog Tracks and Cow Pastures can be found by clicking here. Get full access to The Waggle Golf Journal at ajmacvie.substack.com/subscribe
