The Wakanda Detour via San Juan

Our family’s experience during the filming of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in Puerto Rico was truly unforgettable. While my wife and child had the incredible opportunity to be part of the production, they also got to experience the beauty, culture, and excitement of Puerto Rico along the way.In between filming, they enjoyed some much-needed free time soaking up the sun and relaxing on the beautiful beaches. They explored the colorful streets of Old San Juan, taking in the historic architecture, local culture, and the unique energy of the city. Those moments away from the set became special family memories that went far beyond the experience of making a movie.One of the most exciting moments was the anticipation surrounding the announcement of the new Black Panther. Being so close to such a major moment in the Marvel universe created an incredible sense of excitement. There was a feeling that something special was happening, and getting to experience that atmosphere firsthand made the entire journey even more memorable.From the beaches of Puerto Rico to the historic streets of Old San Juan, and from the excitement of being on the set to witnessing a new chapter of the Black Panther story unfold, it was an experience our family will always cherish. It was a perfect blend of work, adventure, family time, and being part of something that would eventually become a major moment in cinematic history.
