The Water - 2022

from Kenny Peters SoundCloud Feed · host Kenny Peters

I should sing more often when I'm depressed.. as this really helped me today. Could be the song, but I've been pretty down and out lately, and this contemporary Christian song by Amy Grant is not only one of her best written songs, but it's an eternal favorite of mine. I've wanted to record it since I first heard it and today, well, I just had the calling. This is also a first take vocal but I'm happy with it, as well as the added backing vocals. I'll probably enhance the guitars at some point, but I wanted to share the song. I hope you enjoy "The Water".
