Winston Marks wrote a couple of short stories in the early 1940s and then disappeared for more than a decade. He showed up on the sci-fi scene again in 1953 when magazines published 4 of his short stories include The Water Eater. If Winston Marks sounds familiar it’s possibly because we’ve featured him twice before. You may remember “Never Gut-shoot A Wampus” and “So They Baked A Cake”.
