I'm going to preface this episode with a warning: This woman is unstoppable and together with her team and tenacity have brought you the changes and customer experiences that NSW has seen in government over the last few years.  Nicole Watts, Director of NSW Maritime, has her feet firmly in the waters, looking to the future of our shoreline. With her extensive career in leadership and change management, a young family and charisma, you can't help but be inspired.  Nicole thrives on getting it better, not just right. She has overseen the customer service journey at Service NSW, spent a year with Apple Australia and travelled extensively on her days off from her roles at Qantas during the pandemic, taking and making opportunities. This interview was awe inspiring for me, demonstrating the transition of skills and ability into Marine Industry she inadvertently started in whilst working on Cruise Ships during her early life.
