The Way of Life Through the Word of God | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Thirty-Nine of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we focus on a simple but profound truth: the Word of God is not just a book; it is life itself. We encourage every believer to return to the Scriptures with fresh hunger, recognizing that abiding in the Word is the only way to truly live. As we see in John 15, when we abide in His Word, He abides in us. This is how we fellowship with the Father—as He reveals His heart to ours through the living text. Without the Word, we cannot truly discern the person of the Holy Spirit, for it is the Spirit of God who testifies to our spirit that we are children of God.We recognize that the Word is Christ Himself—the Word who was in the beginning, through whom all things were made. By consecrating ourselves to the Scriptures, we are consecrating ourselves to Christ. The Word acts as a double-edged sword, giving us the discernment to understand the things of the Kingdom of Heaven that the world cannot see. When we understand the Word, we stop walking in confusion and start walking in the boldness of our identity. Faith comes by hearing, and life comes by the Word.We now yield to the presence of the Lord. We ask that the Spirit of God would breathe upon the pages as we read, turning ink into revelation and knowledge into life.
