Prayer is a wonderful gift from God but unanswered prayers, especially when God seems silent or unresponsive to our pleas, can be incredibly painful.  In these times we often question Gods love for us and His power to act.  God is not offended by our questions or doubts, as these are often part of the journey toward a deeper trust in Him and an ever-increasing likeness to his son.  This Sunday we are joined by Phil Bignill, Senior Pastor from the Church Engagement team from Churches of Christ in Queensland. Phil has been married 30 years to Julie and they have 4 adult children, a daughter in law and one granddaughter. They live in Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast and enjoy walking each day along the beach.
