Life often creates a mental fog that distorts our reality, making everything feel overwhelming and isolating. The disciples experienced this same confusion when Jesus was crucified, moving from belief to fear and doubt. However, Jesus appeared to them in their locked room, offering peace and showing his scars as proof of his victory. When we become aware of Jesus's presence, we discover three powerful truths: his proximity (he never leaves us), his peace (wholeness from God's throne), and his purpose (living surrendered to his love).
