The Way Women Win

from ADHD-ish

You may have witnessed some women trying to bring others down in order to become successful. You may even have experienced this in your business and in your personal life as well. As we see a rise in the number of women starting their own businesses, having competitors is inevitable. How do we deal with the inevitability of competition in a healthy way? While I was working out at my gym in Portland, the women’s division of the Mallorca Triathlon was playing on the big screen to inspire and motivate us. One thing I’ve learned from watching it is that we don’t have to bring others down in order to become successful. There is no inherent contradiction between wanting to be successful and honoring your competitor. There is truly enough success and abundance for everyone who is willing to do the work, develop the discipline, and maintain the persistence required to get there. Are you loving The Driven Woman Podcast, listening regularly, maybe even a subscriber who eagerly waits for Tuesday when the next episode is released?
