The ways new grads can get their foot in the door to a new job

If you're a recent university grad, you’ve sent out dozens of resumes... only to hear absolutely nothing back. It's easy to assume you're doing something wrong, but our next guest says that's often not the case. Adrian Leckie, Toronto-based career coach, spends a lot of time reviewing applications and interviewing candidates, and he says one of the biggest mistakes new grads make is failing to show employers the impact they've actually had. He spoke to Ken Connors.
