For the YouTube™ version, see https://youtu.be/JrU0iVR1ZkAAlso, the St. John's Fire station #22 was re-funded, even though the vote was not unanimous due to disagreements where the money should come from mostly (still waiting on finding a detailed vote and reasoning to be published).As Kip is a resident of St Johns and the station is just down the street, the station is the ONLY fire station on the peninsula and the closest to the CEI hub.It is unimaginable that this cut was even suggested or unsupported.
