The Week, "Shabua" and the First and Second Day of Creation

Send us Fan MailThe word in Hebrew for week is "Shabua".  What does a week mean to the Jewish people?  We will explore: The attribute of the Mighty God seen in Isaiah 9:6, the government is on his shoulders.  The first two days in creation and the correlation found to mankind response to God.  Adam and Eve were perfect, they were in light.  Adam and Eve would go into darkness, then a promise given to Adam and Eve, which was fulfilled, back into light.   The Second day and the connection to Cain and Able; Earthly and Heavenly pictures of the second day, the division of the brothers.  God promises kept and would be kept to his people.
