The Weekly Hustle - S1 Episode 6: Mom - Happy Mother’s Day!

This is a very special episode because I interview the most important person in my life, my mom. If you know me, you know how much my mom means to me and every time I talk about her I cry because she’s just an amazing woman. She is the reason I work so hard because I owe this woman the world. She is also the biggest weekly HUSTLER I know. At a very young age, hard work was instilled in my mom and her 11 other siblings (yes, she has 12 siblings!). She was the first from her family to leave the Philippines at the age of 24, started her life here in NYC, took on some really tough jobs and raised me as a single mother. Even at her age now (62, yeah I know she looks 40!), she still works almost 6 days a week as a nanny/ housekeeper, has a side hustle as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, volunteers for non-for-profit Filipino organizations, and she manages to have more of a social life then me!
