The Wet Foot

from Between You and God Hosted by Talk 4 Radio

Many people believe in a vengeful God. If you do something wrong, He will make you pay for it. But the Lord cannot a seek revenge for to do so violates His very nature. God is Love and Love cannot cause suffering or pain, which is precisely what punishment does. Our Father created Divine Law which states that every action has an end result. For example, the nature of water is such that if you step in a puddle, your foot will get wet. This is a natural consequence, not a punishment.
