The Wheel of cubes

For a few months towards the end of 2022 a giant wheel appears in the battlegrounds along with a very very enthusiastic barker (who I hope is paid well as being that enthusiastic about random number generation for that long is exhausting). You spin the wheel and you get cubes that just appear from somewhere, maybe stolen from a minecraft dimension.
