Liv Kaplan is a Sydney based Nutritionist and foodie with a huge passion for baking. In this episode Liv explains why she lives a low sugar lifestyle and the surprising effects it can have on our mood and our happiness levels, in fact, her journey to health began when she noticed a difference in her incidence of depression when she switched up her diet. We also discuss why Liv doesn't agree with the typical definition of depression... The topic of mood, depression and anxiety is one that we touch on a lot in this episode.
