October is Pastor/Minister/Clergy Appreciation Month, so starting this month our episodes will take a slightly different approach to normal. Across October (and into early November) we will be sharing a 4-part series on what the Bible has to say about loving our leaders. We are releasing the first two today, with the others to follow fortnightly.Whilst this series may be most aimed at those who are led by others, we also hope it will be a help to leaders themselves as they think about how we encourage church cultures where people love their leaders well, and as we consider topics like how leaders should be appointed, supported and, if necessary, removed (Part 2); what attitude we should have towards our leaders (part 3); and what right actions are towards leaders (Part 4).Today we are kicking off by thinking through the who, how and what of Christian leadership.
