The Why: Player Care

Player Care is all about supporting and assisting the Person behind the Player, in this week's Episode we have 3 of the best Guest Speakers who are doing just that. With a wealth of experience, tons of knowledge and deep understanding on what the needs of Academy Players are, today's Guest Speakers offer plenty in terms of advice and guidance to current Academy Players, Graduates of the Academy System and those who have progressed into the Professional ranks. Their own journey's have taken them from Premier League Football Clubs to setting up their own business specifically to address the needs at a first team level, to a Category 1 Academy bridging the gap between Academy and first team, finally from a background at a successful University based Football Programme to caring for the Players at a current Premier League Club. This is their story, this is their interview from the locker.
