The will of God

Today, the Magners discuss being faithful and obeying the will of God. The will of God is not always what we think or want. We must first be obedient to the broad will of God before He will reveal His specific will to us. It begins with daily Bible reading and prayer. Have a communicating relationship with God before asking for His specific will. God often shows us His will in little steps at a time. As He shows us the steps to take, we must trust Him. Sometimes we expect and plan for Gods will to go a specific direction but that may not be God’s plan, trust Him. We can try to force our plan into Gods will or we can trust His guidance and have our faith increased.
