The Wim Hof Method, Healing through the breath & cold exposure w/ Zac Vale Ep.6

from wordsbygracie · host Gracie Purvis

Hello hello! Welcome back to wordsbygracie the podcast. I'm super pumped to be bringing you this episode with Wim Hof Practitioner & absolute legend Zac Vale, owner and founder of In and Out Breathwork.  Zac shares his story on how he healed his body and mind through the breath. Having debilitating back pain, Zac spent five days awake due to unbearable pain, not being able to dress himself, and relying on pain killers, it wasn't looking good until he found the Wim Hoff Method.  This episode inspired me to return to the power of the breath and how we have the ability to heal through breath alone! Wim Hof and breathwork, in general, has gained huge popularity over the past few years but Zac's story is one I've never heard before.  I couldn't recommend Wim Hoff enough and also couldn't recommend Zac's one-on-one sessions.  Check him out on Instagram here - In & Out Breathwork  I hope you get as much out of this episode as I did. Honestly lifechanging!  Don't forget to leave a review, comment, share & spread the healing.  Big love, Gracie x @graciepurvis https://graciepurviscreative.com/
