Hezbollah operations continue regardless, with regular rocket attacks becoming increasingly more effective in targeting locations deeper inside Israel.Spain: This afternoon, exceptionally severe flooding swept through the southern regions of the country, with the port city of Malaga reporting heavy damage due to the torrential rainfall.
