Up first, Hailey hits Dancing Goat Distillery in Cambridge, Wisconsin–home to their own original gin, barrel-aged brandy, award-winning whiskies, and even a Rickhouse! Next on the bourbon trail, Hailey makes her way to Dane, Wisconsin, where J. Henry & Sons takes the spotlight. What started as a seed growing farm quickly transformed into a beautiful blossom of bourbon. Later, Hailey heads to Ledgerock Distillery, located in Fond du Lac. Ledgerock stands out from all the others you’ll try along the way, presenting their own twist on classic bourbon.
