‘The Witch’ (2016), Robert Eggers Part 1 of 2, Chads ghost story,Jamie loves Survivor

Welcome to Movie Time Machine, Monster Closet Edition. This week in 2016, we recount the tale of a charming New England family who sets off into the woods to begin a new life, learning to exist in peace and harmony with nature and each other. SIKE! They’re totally haunted by an evil witch, and a goat named “Black Phillip.” (Seriously, if my daughters ever named their pet something so sinister, we would have to send it away to ‘live on a farm.’) Your hosts Chad and Jamie brave the witches of the wood, and all ensuing evil that follows.
