The Woman on the Bridge

from Historias, pesadillas urbanas de Terror

A man who used to walk every night at 8 p.m. due to his night work schedule, decided to cross the bridge to a nearby town. As he was walking, he came across a woman alone standing on a corner. He assumed she was waiting for an Uber since she did not appear to be waiting for the traffic light to change. As he passed the woman, he noticed her glancing sideways at him several times. He watched her and saw that she was wearing an outfit that seemed too light for winter weather, including a knit cap with tassels, a thin sweater, tight jeans, and a small plastic children's backpack. At first he thought she was a teenager, but as he got closer he realized she was in her late 20s to early 30s. He continued walking and crossed a park that was almost empty due to the pandemic.
