The Woman with No Hands, aka Jane Doe

On Friday, May 4, 1984 between 11:15pm and 11:30pm, three area youth were driving along Old Line Road approximately 4 miles west of Westby, Wisconsin when they encountered a dead human body lying at the side of the gravel road.. this is the story of where she ended, how she got there and who she is has yet to be discovered -  The perpetrator made no attempt to hide the body. Both hands were severed at the wrist and have not been located. A yellow two door compact vehicle was seen in the vicinity. Victim was wearing upper dentures with numbers 420 or 4-20 inscribed and 289 in raised lettering.
