My guest grows flowers, she grows herbs, she grows vegetables, she grows fruit, she tends to many native plants. With all these types of plants, she is very intentional about trying to increase biodiversity in her garden, which she thinks of as a habitat garden. And she is an avid and lifelong outdoor enthusiast: hiker, photographer, fisher, former-hunter, amateur roadside botanist.
