Happy Wonder Wednesday Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Looking On My Wonder Years: A Wonder Years Podcast. Today, I covered S1E23: Where No Dean Has Been Before, which aired on May 11, 2022. In this episode Dean tries to impress Keisa's cool new boyfriend by inviting him and his friends to a party Kim is throwing while Bill and Lillian are away for the night; things get out of hand just as Bill and Lillian arrive home. This was a fun episode. I really liked Keisa's new boyfriend Broderick, he was a sweetheart and actually has something in common with Dean other than the fact they both like Keisa, they're both fans of the show Star Trek. I can't believe that Lillian was willing to go to work for a company that was going to dictate how she dressed in order to impress new clients and also not be allowed to speak her mind. Luckily, she makes the right choice in the end. Dean throws a party in the basement and it gets out of hand, no surprise there, since Dean can't find the ability to stand up for himself. In this episode, It's the end of the school year, and summer excitement is all around; Bill and Lillian each receive major career opportunities; Dean and Keisa take shelter together as a tornado tears through.
