The Wonderful Wizard of Oz Chapter 2 - The Council with the Munchkins

In which a young girl named Dorothy awakens to find herself in a land of enchantment and meets the kind Witch of the North, who explains the fate of the Wicked Witch of the East and the freedom of the Munchkins. Though longing to return home, Dorothy learns she must journey to the distant City of Emeralds, guided by the yellow brick road and protected by the Witch’s magical kiss.
