The World The Narrow Road Separation Rebekkah Avraham November 25, 2014 “Truly then, having overlooked these times of ignorance, הָוֹהְי now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has set a day on which He is going to judge the world in righteousness by a Man whom He appointed, having given proof of this to all by raising Him from the dead." (Acts 17:30-31) Our Messiah will indeed judge the living and the dead according to righteousness, (Acts 10:42) and He is very clear what righteousness is. In Jn 5:45 He says, “Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father, there is one who accuses you ~ Moshé/Moses, in whom you trust." He also says “He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him - the Word [Torah] that I have spoken will judge him in the last day... and I know that the His Commandments are everlasting life." Jn 12:48-50. Sha'ul/Paul understood this perfectly. In Romans 2:12-13 he writes, "For as many as sinned without the Torah ~ shall PERISH without Torah, and as many have sinned within the Torah shall be judged by the Torah. For not hearers of the Torah are righteous in the sight of the Almighty, but the DOERS of the Torah shall be declared righteous." It is important to let this sink in. "Not everyone who says to Me in that day 'Master, Master' shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who is DOING the will of My Father in the heavens." (Matt 7:21) These are not people of other religions that He speaks of, Beloved. These are ones who prophesied/preached in His name, did many wondrous works IN HIS NAME. They call Him Master/“Lord" after all. They went through all the motions except they rejected the Torah (will of the Father.) How will He respond to them? “And I will declare to them, 'I never knew you, depart from me, you workers of Lawlessness!" I pray that this reaches the heart of those it was intended for.
