The Worst Bears Decisions of Our Lifetime Tournament

Welcome back! After some summer vacationing Travis and Kyle are back and ready for this off-season's tournament, and as always they brought Erik with them. This year we have 16 of the most heinous decisions the Bears have made, and even though they only count if they were made within the last 35 years we had to do some serious trimming to get to 16! Can an underdog pull off an upset over such gloriously stupid ideas as trading UP to draft Mitch Trubisky or keeping a lame duck coach in for an extra year AND having them draft a QB in the first round?
