The Worst Prison

Date: Aug 23, 2026 Category: Sermon Series: Meeting Ourselves: A Study of the Parables Speaker: Ed Niswender Passages: Matthew Chapter 18 The Parable of the Unmerciful Servant. Alcatraz even in it's heyday was not the worst prison - the worst prison is a self-imposed unforgiving spirit. How much did the Father forgive you for your sins? How great is that offense, compared with some petty offense with which a brother or sister offends you? Ed gives a powerful, important message for the moment. At the end of this recording is the record of the vote of Pastor Ed Niswender being called and accepting his permanent role as Senior Pastor of the Evangelical Free Church of Windsor.
