The Wrap - Living our safety promise

At Michigan Medicine, our safety promise states that, “Safety is our most important priority.” To honor this commitment, it is important to create and maintain environments where employees feel empowered to speak up with safety concerns without fear of retaliation. This week on The Wrap, we hear from a team member who was recognized for living out that promise and find out what the organization is doing to foster a “speak up” culture.
