The Writer's Block

This week my guest is Olivia Muhammad. She is a writer and a contributing columnist for the "Community Press" newspaper. We discuss our process to our respective crafts and she shares an original poem. Olivia Muhammad has a book out entitled, "Thoughtful Reflections", and she is currently working on a second book. I also get a little personal as I describe a triggering moment I experienced recently and the thoughts that resulted afterwards.
