The Year of Duke and Rogue - Bash at the Beach 2000

Four years following the formation of the New World Order, WCW returned to the Daytona Beach Center to host Bash at the Beach 2000, a show that is for all intents and purposes, the incredibly unsatisfying final act of one of the best stories in professional wrestling history. The Year of Duke and Rogue returns with another trip down memory lane as we approach the halfway point of our trek through the final chapter of World Championship Wrestling. In a season full of an astounding amount of bullshit, we get yet another one of the more infamous incidents in professional wrestling history, as The Chosen One Double J Jeff Jarrett defends his world title against the returning Hollywood Hulk Hogan. If there's one thing that you can count on from Vince Russo, it's memorable moments and this pay per view show certainly has its share.  Elsewhere, the future of the Outsiders is at stake as Kevin Nash takes on the recently heeled Goldberg for his partner, the Bad Guy's contract.  The undercard features an abundance of low blows, a match out in a graveyard, and an unusually excited Juventud Guerrera.  They say misery enjoys company and with that in mind, we invite you to join us as we relive why the company was in the damn shape it was in at Bash at the Beach 2000.
