The Year of Duke and Rogue - Slamboree 2000

We have a treat for you this time, as Slamboree 2000 is headlined by a three way dance contested inside of a triple cage structure for the World Heavyweight Championship. The reigning champ going in is David Arquette, perhaps best known for his role in the Scream movies, as well as being the husband of one of the stars of Friends. The actor is the star of the WCW produced film Ready to Rumble, and somehow got himself involved in the title picture, won the belt, then even had a successful title defense against Tank Abbott. This is considered one of the low points in WCW's history, and we're here to call it as we see it. Arquette defends the title against Double J and DDP inside that triple cage. Elsewhere, the Hulkster is still fixing to quench his thirst against Billy Kidman, this time with former friend and now foe Eric Bischoff as the guest referee.
