This is Day Ten of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. This episode centers on the YHWH kind of love, revealed through Yeshua HaMashiach, the love of God spoken by Jesus Himself. Scripture shows that God’s love is not abstract emotion, but abiding union, shared life, covenant loyalty, and self-giving action. This love flows from God’s nature, is revealed through Christ, and is shared with those who dwell in Him.In John 15, Jesus reveals that love is inseparable from abiding. He declares that He is the true vine, the Father is the farmer, and we are the branches. Life, fruitfulness, prayer, and joy flow from remaining in Him. Apart from Christ, nothing of eternal value can be produced. When Jesus calls us His friends, He reveals love as shared life and faithful union.In John 17, Jesus reveals the fullness of this love through prayer. He speaks of a love that existed before the foundation of the world and prays that this same love would dwell in us, and that He Himself would be in us.
