Tom Radiguet is a young, talented, Jersey born chef, he is currently running one of the best restaurants on the Islands, Samphire Restaurant. Tom has been working at the highest level right from the beginning of his cooking career, first at Longueville Manor and after at Ormer, the Michelin Star restaurant where he gained most of his experience and knowledge.
