In Episode 13 of "The Next 40" titled "Believe In Your People," we're diving into some murky waters with me, Jay Delnegro. This time around, I’ve had to take a few steps back and reflect on the exploring the tangled web of belief and truth. With a laid-back, mellow vibe, think-talking it through I’m sharing thoughts on what it really means to believe in someone. You know, those moments when you're not just nodding along but really putting your trust in someone, through thick and thin. But here's the twist: I’m also pondering how hearing certain truths can sometimes shake up those beliefs we hold so dearly. Thinking aloud about some recent transitions and transgressions I’ve had to put up with and it's got me thinking; When do we truly believe in our people? Is it when everything's going smoothly, or when the going gets tough? And how do we handle it when those truths we stumble upon don't quite line up with what we've always believed? Let's all take a moment to reflect on our own connections, decisions, and the fine line between what we believe and what we know to be true.
