Are you Feeling Anxious, Depressed, Scared, and/or Socially Isolated due to the Coronavirus or in general? You can now have therapy sessions with licensed mental health professionals via your computer on HIPAA approved Video links (similar to Skype or Facetime). Medicare, Medi-cal/Medicaid, Beacon Health Options and most other insurances have relaxed their rules about Telehealth (computer Video linked) therapy sessions for the duration of the Coronavirus situation. This week (April 6/2020), Medicare also relaxed its rules regarding interstate therapy session. I am available for Telehealth sessions Tuesdays thru Fridays.
