Therapy with Me 2

My Therapy session, I was a broken egg, cracked, scrambled, fried and boiling with confusion, doubt, guilt and debt. In this episode I come to the realisation that I will not be pushed or pulled, coerced and feeling under duress, the wall goes up instantly. I’m my 20’s I would say and do things to please others (men). No longer that person or in that space, it’s about me, myself and eye! Submission is not part of my mission! Some people will question “Why would she share such intimate details about herself?” Well….. on the journey to find out who I am, it’s time to P.A.U.L. - Process. Accept. Understand. Let go/Level Up.
