There Are Cracks In Everything: How our tiny cracks are a blessing

from Messages From the Middle | Mental Health, Anxiety, Depression, Late Diagnosed ADHD, Undiagnosed Trauma, Neurodivergence, PTSD, Complicated Grief, · host Wendy Parrish

There are cracks in everything, that's how the light gets in. -Leonard Cohen. This is a quote I have written on my mirror. I love the perspective it brings me. In this episode I look at the core belief "I am broken" and talk about how we are never broken, but we are also not perfect, there are cracks, and that's ok. That is exactly how we are meant to be. Learning how to accept our flaws while knowing that we aren't broken is a fine line and hard work to do AND so important to our mental health. find me on Instagram @childsongbird or send me and email.
