There are cracks in everything, that's how the light gets in. -Leonard Cohen. This is a quote I have written on my mirror. I love the perspective it brings me. In this episode I look at the core belief "I am broken" and talk about how we are never broken, but we are also not perfect, there are cracks, and that's ok. That is exactly how we are meant to be.
