Shawn Accepting My Divinity Hey U-nity, Living From the Super-consciousness “Accepting My Divinity” In the Twelve Step Program, defects of character are frequently spoken of.  People often feel guilty over their defects of character.  I ask the question, “Do we have more than one defect of character?”  I think many would say yes. Ah, but what if we only have one defect of character?  Would that make it easier and make us less guilt prone?  What if our only defect of character is our failure to accept our divinity?  Then, everything we have been calling “defects” (lying, smoking, drinking, overeating, criticizing, stealing, gossiping, killing, breaking laws, cheating etc…) are just symptoms of not accepting out divinity. So lets work on how we could become willing to accept our divinity and let the symptoms fall away.  Pray today for the willingness to accept our divinity at any cost. Love My Divinity, Rev. Shawn
