There's a devil at every level!

In this episode I talk with my good friends and fellow Coaches, Aaron (Ron) Hill and Carl Radley.A few years ago the quote "There's a devil at every level" was banded about between the three of us and it is the topic of discussion in this episode.We're still not sure where the quote originated from but it certainly has relevance because as you take on new challenges the brain will create noise in an attempt to move you back into the familiar known.
