There's Always a Breakdown Before a Breakthrough

from Create with Elyse · host Elyse-Anne

24: We're not only living in times of extremes, we're going through massive transitions. Look around you'll see old systems breaking down and even Mother Nature is changing. If you resist change, you'll feel uncomfortable and it almost feels like death every single day. There're no books in history YET that talks about how to deal with this transition because we're literally writing history and we're part of making history. Isn't this exciting? We need to not only shift our thinking and awareness, we must also change our lifestyle habits. In fact, those of us who are awakening aren't attracted by all the luxury material living as before. We've learned to enjoy them but not be consumed by them. So, that means if you're focusing your business on drawing people in by all the first class travels and all, it's not going to work with the more conscious entrepreneurs. Because we now know we don't need manipulative fancy marketing to live that lifestyle. In fact, we're really called to simplify our lifestyles. I'm not saying minimalists here. There's really no one lifestyle that fits all. When I say simply your lifestyle means to literally remove things that are taking up your time to work on yourself. The # 1 reason for not having time to mediate or journal or even just talk to yourself is... "I am busy." What are you so busy with? Really! Busy doesn't mean productive. Therefore, eliminate distractors and commit to spending as much time as possible with yourself. Talk to yourself. Be your own cheerleader. Raise your vibrations. No one is going to do that for you. We don't spend time with ourselves yet expect our loved ones to make us happy. That doesn't sound right at all! I don't know about you. I love spending time with myself. Doing what I want to do each moment. You ask me how I get all my inspirations for writing all these posts? I spend time talking to myself and researching each topic and then form my own opinions. Self awareness is key if you want to thrive in this new season. All the best!  ❤Elyse-Anne
