We begin talking about the impact on his family when his older brother died in a car accident at 18 days old. His family dynamic changed to what it is today. Mom was the only survivor and, in her soul-searching for the meaning of this, she dug deep into pouring love into her family.   Daniel came next and was born into a home where there was an over-abundance of love along with boundaries and discipline around commitments.
