from bindwaves
Today Kezia and Carrie talk with Jeni from the Brain Injury Network of Dallas (BIND). She shares her experience of suffering two concussions while working as a teacher. Jeni acknowledges that she has a long way to go, but has acquired a keen interest in becoming a social worker, specifically to help others with brain injuries. Her goal in life is to spread the word that survivors are never alone, and should take people at their word about their progress.Send us Fan MailSupport the showYou can find this episode’s transcript here.New episodes drop every other Thursday everywhere you listen to podcasts. 🎙️ Do you want to support us?Give us some feedback, tell us what bindwaves has meant for you by emailing us at [email protected] us a rating or review on Apple Podcasts and SpotifyShare episodes with your friends!Make a monthly or one time donation at www.thebind.orgFollow bindwaves on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube!🧑💻Visit our website! thebind.org/bindwaves
