I recorded this because I see so many people, especially men in the police who have a lot of judgement over the fact that they have experienced fear. I was certainly one of these for a number of years until I realised that feeling fear is a perfectly natural healthy response to a perceived danger.I have come to realise that it is not the fear itself that is the problem but rather the judgement that we have of the fear.When you understand it you can control it and release any judgement you have of it.Fear does not mean that you are weak, in fact it means that you are human.You can also listen to this in YouTube by following the link below.https://youtu.be/hFzruwI2IEQHave a listen and see what you think.Jonny
