There's tax money due some combat-injured veterans, but they need to act soon to get it

Beginning just after the 1991 Gulf War, the Defense Department improperly withheld taxes from a severance payment made to injured military people sent home without retirement benefits.  Eye on Veterans host Chas Henry spoke with Virginia Senator Mark Warner and Arkansas Senator John Boozman about how they and fellow lawmakers fixed the problem -- and what some wounded warriors need to do to get their money back.
